Guided Meditation: Manoj leads clients through guided meditation sessions, focusing on breathwork, visualization, and mindfulness techniques.

Personalized Approach: Sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals, whether it is stress reduction, emotional healing, or spiritual growth.

Group Sessions: In addition to one-on-one sessions, group meditation classes are also available to foster community and shared experiences.
